The Commercial HVAC Tune-Up program is an EmPOWER Maryland initiative that allows Maryland businesses to receive a full professional tune-up of their HVAC systems at $0 after rebates. The program is funded through your utility's EmPOWER Maryland surcharge — meaning you have already been contributing to this program every month on your electric bill.
Maryland Smart Energy is an authorized service provider for this program under BGE, Pepco, Delmarva Power, and SMECO. We perform the technical work, handle all utility rebate applications, and submit all documentation on your behalf. You simply schedule a time and we do the rest.
