BGE EmPOWER Programs

What BGE Pays For in 2024–2026

Baltimore Gas and Electric (BGE) participates in the EmPOWER Maryland program and offers some of the most generous commercial rebates available. Under the current program cycle, BGE commercial customers can receive up to 85% of eligible project costs covered for small businesses and 50% for medium and large businesses.

BGE's commercial programs cover HVAC tune-ups, building tune-ups, lighting upgrades, and energy benchmarking services. As an authorized BGE service provider, Maryland Smart Energy processes all rebate submissions and coordinates directly with BGE on your behalf.
